Are you an experienced Group Reporting professional looking for an exciting interim opportunity within a large, fast-paced organisation? We’re exclusively partnering with a market-leading business based in Bishop’s Stortford to recruit an Interim Group Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.As Interim Group Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful group financial reporting. Working closely with the Finance Leadership Team, you’ll provide technical accounting expertise and ensure compliance with all relevant reporting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group financial statementsManage the external audit process, ensuring all reporting deadlines are metOversee the delivery of technical accounting papers and disclosures in line with IFRS/UK GAAPProvide technical guidance and act as a key point of contact for group reporting queriesSupport process improvements and systems enhancements to drive reporting efficiencyPartner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insight and analysisAbout YouFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)Significant experience in group consolidation and reporting in a complex, multi-entity environmentStrong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS / UK GAAP)Previous exposure to listed or large private businesses advantageousConfident communicator with the ability to influence at a senior levelAvailable to commit to a 12-month FTC, working 3–4 days per weekWhy Apply?Highly competitive pro rata salary of £100,000 – £120,000 FTEJoin a well-established, growing organisation during a period of transformationMake a tangible impact at group levelRutherford Briant is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
