I am supporting a well-established, family-owned business with multiple UK sites, operating within a specialist service and installation environment. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, and is now seeking an experienced HRBP or Interim HR Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension. This opportunity has arisen due to internal HR transitions, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in providing hands-on HR support across the business, partnering closely with Operations and senior leadership. This is a busy, varied, and operationally focused position, well suited to someone who enjoys being visible in the business and working at pace. You'll manage day-to-day HR activity, take the lead on ER cases, and support a number of ongoing projects, all while helping to maintain a positive and engaged culture.
