HR Advisor

We are working with a well-established retailer who pride themselves in providing excellent customer service. Over the years they have experienced rapid and sustainable growth and the pandemic has fuelled an increased demand from new and existing customers.Subsequently they are now looking for an HR Advisor to join the team to help them with their growth plans for the future.

Working with colleagues and managers and reporting to the Head of People, this role will see you managing first line queries, providing advice and guidance on all areas of employee relations. You will use your HR expertise to help you with reviewing policies,updating job descriptions and supporting with recruitment. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Head of People on social and wellbeing initiatives, updating and managing the Learner Management System as well as creating development plans.

This role would suit an HR Advisor looking for a change of sector and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive Head of People. There will be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once induction has been completed.
