As a Revenue Performance Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine behind our success, providing the capability and discipline to continuously improve analysis of product sales, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market performance trends at both route and individual train level. What You’ll Be Doing Analyse demand and capacity trends through scheduled and ad‑hoc performance reporting, identifying opportunities to improve revenue performance. Lead forecasting initiatives alongside the Revenue Performance Manager, creating accurate demand and revenue forecasts by day, route, and class. Deliver actionable insights by interpreting the impact of key internal and external changes, packaging them into clear, easy‑to‑understand reports for stakeholders. Provide consistent analysis across areas. Challenge and support yield management activity, ensuring each route and region exceeds revenue targets through focused analysis and insights. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Experience in forecasting, performance analysis, or revenue management is desirable. Excellent communication skills to influence key stakeholders. Benefits Final salary pension.
