Senior Candidate Resourcer at Sanctuary Personnel We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in York as a Safeguarding and Partnership Lead, earning up to £31,000 annually. Provide the Hospital Leadership Team with specialist advice on regulatory matters and patient safety concerning safeguarding issues. Serve as the point of contact for all external safeguarding partners, ensuring effective resolution of issues. Attend multi‑agency safeguarding meetings and contribute to case reviews as directed by the Registered Manager. Monitor safeguarding activity, producing regular reports for the Hospital Leadership Team. Work closely with the Hospital Leadership Team to implement learning from safeguarding reviews. Oversee and deliver local safeguarding information sessions within the hospital. Collaborate with external agencies to develop discharge packages from admission. Act as the family liaison lead to facilitate communication with family members and advocates of our patients. Engage in travel as needed to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. Execute any additional duties that may be required. About you We're looking for someone with recognised safeguarding training at Level 4 or above and evidence of ongoing professional development in relevant fields. You should have deep knowledge of safeguarding legislation and strong experience in managing sensitive safeguarding matters, particularly within a healthcare setting.
