Role Overview Divisional Support Officer / Executive Assistant to senior leaders within the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The role provides direct support to Directors and Deputy Directors, contributes to governance processes, and helps drive the effective use of BSR resources. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for a BSR Director or Deputy Director. Co‑ordinate and manage the Director’s diary, resolving conflicting meeting requirements, triaging incoming work, and arranging travel and accommodation. Attend and prepare key stakeholder meeting notes, ensuring accurate details of discussion points and key decisions are recorded, shared with the Director and relevant stakeholders, and follow‑up actions are tracked. Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team to gather information and papers in a timely manner. Produce comprehensive meeting packs, briefing material and performance packs, which may include sensitive information. Undertake any other administrative and discretionary tasks identified by senior leaders. Behavioural Focus Delivering at Pace Making Effective Decisions Working Together Communicating and Influencing Qualifications & Eligibility UK national, or nationality of the Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth country, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, with settled or pre‑settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme; or limiting leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain eligible before 31 December 2020; or Turkish national with accrued right to work in the Civil Service. Positive criminal record check and baseline personnel security standard checks. Working Pattern Part‑time working hours available. Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
