What You'll Be Doing Proactively source your own leads through research, building your own pipeline. Conduct daily outreach to businesses, making 30-50 outbound calls, connecting with key decision-makers. Drive sales and reach targets by converting leads into active clients. Manage customer accounts to increase their spend and satisfaction by building strong relationships. Operate professionally, adhering to all FCA regulations to ensure trust and client confidence. We're Looking For Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Development; B2B experience is ideal but not essential. A demonstrated track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers over the phone. An adaptable mindset and a creative approach to handling situations throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience in Fintech or Financial Services is a plus.
