City Of London, United Kingdom Moonpig Group Full time

We’re the Moonpig Group – home to Moonpig, Greetz, Red Letter Days and Buyagift – and we’re on a mission to make people feel loved, celebrated and remembered. Whether it’s a card that gets them laughing out loud or a gift that makes their day, we help people stay close, no matter the miles. We’re proud to be leading the online gifting revolution, with brilliant products, clever tech and a whole lot of heart. Our platform makes it easy to create moments that matter – packed with personal touches and delivered with care. We’re not just about selling cards or gifts – we’re here to spread joy, spark smiles and make every celebration feel extra special. And with values that guide how we work and support one another, we’ve built a place where people (and ideas) can truly thrive. If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team. 🌙🐷 About the Role At Moonpig, we help people connect and celebrate life’s moments - big and small. We’re now ready to take that magic to even more customers across the US, and we’re looking for a Growth Lead to make it happen. This is a rare opportunity to blend commercial ownership with growth innovation. You’ll own the US P&L, lead on growth strategy, and design the experiments and levers that shape our next phase of expansion. Reporting to our Director of New Markets, you’ll drive growth for Moonpig in the US - balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll test bold ideas, scale what works, and bring fresh ways of growing sustainably in a huge, fast‑moving market. We’re using AI tools to create and test personalised ads to reach the right customers efficiently, so this isn’t a "big-spend marketing" role. It's about creating systems for scalable growth by building, measuring, and iterating fast to unlock real commercial outcomes. We care most about your ability to blend experimentation, analytics, and creativity to drive measurable impact so this role would be best suited for someone with a Growth Product or Growth Marketing background, looking to move into a more strategic and commercial role. If you don't have hands on experience of owning a P&L but want to learn, or if you don't have any direct experience specifically in the US market then we'd still love to hear from you. We welcome applications from candidates who may require UK visa sponsorship. Sponsorship will be considered in line with Home Office eligibility criteria. What you’ll do Own the US P&L, ensuring we hit sales, new customer and efficiency targets. Partner with the Director of New Markets and C‑Suite on strategy and priorities. Lead growth experiments - from hypothesis to execution - to improve acquisition, retention and ROAS. Use AI and automation tools to power rapid creative testing and discover high-performing combinations. Identify and test new Marketing channels and Brand partnerships that resonate with Millennial women in the US. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks and growth levers for Moonpig’s wider markets. Stay close to US consumer trends, ensuring our approach feels local, relevant and distinctive. About you Ideally 3–6 years’ experience in a growth, strategy or commercial role within a high-growth consumer brand or startup. Previous experience as a Growth Product Manager in a consumer tech, ecommerce start up/scale up would be beneficial. Strong commercial mindset, confident using metrics like CAC/LTV and ROAS to drive performance. Analytical and data-driven, with a knack for spotting trends and translating insights into action. Bias for action — you test, learn and iterate fast. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with senior leadership and shaping strategic discussions. Entrepreneurial and hands‑on — you thrive in ambiguity and make things happen. Interest in how AI and automation can drive smarter growth. Experience in ecommerce, growth, or international expansion is a plus.
