At the same time, you’ll drive the growth of our newest product, Healf Zone, testing and scaling acquisition loops, referral programs, and product-led growth tactics. Where You’ll Make an Impact CRM & Retention: Take ownership of CRM, audit setup, launch campaigns, track metrics. App & Subscriptions: Build strategies to grow subscription revenue, reduce churn. Healf Zone Growth: Own and scale Healf Zone, run experiments, optimize journeys. Customer Experience: Elevate end-to-end journey, drive omni-channel experience.
