The Role Job Title: Recruitment CoordinatorPermanent Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE Location: London – Hybrid working A global investment management firm with a long-standing presence across major financial centres. As the London office continues to grow, they are expanding their talent acquisition function with professionals who care deeply about delivering exceptional operational support. What would I be doing day to day? Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, teams and stakeholder groups. Manage all candidate communications, including scheduling, updates and travel arrangements. Maintain accurate, up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with reporting. Prepare interview materials, gather feedback and support campus and early-career recruiting programmes. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and external contacts to support end-to-end workflows. Identify opportunities to refine processes and elevate the candidate experience. What is the company looking for? Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, especially in managing complex calendars. Demonstrable experience in a similar Recruitment/Talent role. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional, candidate-first mindset. High attention to detail and comfort balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency with tools such as ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) or major calendar systems. A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to operational excellence.
