Backed by a leading growth investor, we’re entering an exciting new phase – scaling our platform, launching new products, and expanding into new markets.We’re now looking for a Head of Architecture to evolve our core platform for performance, scalability, and security. You’ll lead technical strategy while staying close to the code, shaping architecture, and driving best practices across a high-performing engineering team.What you’ll doScale a high-traffic SaaS platform – improve reliability, latency, and fault toleranceLead platform architecture for cloud-native (AWS/GCP) distributed systemsCollaborate with product & data teams to deliver AI-driven analytics and new featuresOptimise infrastructure with DevOps for cost, performance & resiliencyMentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality, observability & engineering cultureWhat we’re looking for8+ years backend/full-stack engineering,3+ years in a technical leadership/architecture roleProven experience scaling SaaS or other high-traffic platformsDeep knowledge of distributed systems (microservices, queues, caching)Strong experience with Python or GoCloud-native architecture expertise (AWS or GCP)Shape the future of a platform used globallyWork in a collaborative, flexible environment with real autonomyBe part of a high-growth SaaS business with huge career potentialIf you love solving complex engineering challenges and want to have a real impact on a scaling SaaS platform – we’d love to hear from you.Ready to build what’s next?
