**Architectural Technologist Opportunity in Dynamic Design Team**

An innovative design firm is seeking an Architectural Technologist to become a key part of our in-house design review team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the technological aspects of architecture, with a keen focus on enhancing building performance through meticulous design and detailing.

**Role Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Architectural Technologist
- **Reporting to**: Head of Technical Design

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with architects across multiple projects, providing technical expertise from the initial design stages through to construction.
- Develop and review technical strategies and solutions to ensure project design intents are maintained and enhanced.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of international technical standards to develop compliant and innovative solutions.
- Advise on material specifications and construction processes, aiming for the highest standards of building performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose proactive solutions to identified areas of concern.
- Champion innovation, striving for bespoke, progressive solutions in all projects.
- Commit to promoting and integrating Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) principles into all workstreams.

**Qualities and Skills Required**:

- Demonstrated ability in detailed design and technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Proven experience in delivering projects with a high technical standard, including on-site inspections and coordinating with façade contractors.
- Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and consultants.
- A degree in architecture or architectural technology, supplemented by relevant professional experience.
