About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring their customers receive a smooth and efficient service at all times – managing sales orders and liaising with distributors, Field Sales Managers and internal colleagues to maintain their next‑day delivery promise. Responsibilities Processing customer orders using an SAP system Handling customer enquiries via email and Providing delivery updates and Proofs of Delivery (PODs) Ensuring a seamless experience for all customers Requirements We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer‑focused individual who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and working independently. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in accuracy and communication.
