**Sales Support**
- Effective and efficient enquiry handling, quotation and order processing.
- Input sales orders received into SAP
- Check stock levels and liaise with production, warehousing and other departments as necessary to plan to meet customer’s requirements.
- Prepare manifests and proper paperwork for daily dispatch.
- Arrange and book transport for shipments.
- Raise customer invoices / credit notes and process
- Monitor and report on activities and supply relevant management information
- Supply ongoing administration for the office
- Field incoming calls and transfer to relevant teams where needed.
- Manage workloads and ensure completion in a timely manner with high levels of attention to detail.

**Customer Service**
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our clients and distributor network.
- Ensure customers queries are dealt with in a professional manner, whilst managing customer expectations.

**Technical and Systems**
- Maintain and ensure ongoing advancement of your IT knowledge to enable effective communication with customers and suppliers.

**General**
- Continuous business improvement in helping with reducing duplications and challenging inefficiencies in existing processes.
- Develop shared learning opportunities within and across teams
- Assist other staff with Holiday cover, ad hoc duties or projects as required
- Any other duties as deemed by the Sales Support Manager to be within the scope of your skills

**Essential skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- You will need to be customer focused with high levels of customer service skills
- Have a good standard of education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- A good working knowledge of IT software packages including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Have Strong organisational skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative and have a track record of working to deadlines.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Experience of using computerised order processing systems daily.
- Previous order management experience, working with SAP and Knowledge of sales office operations is desirable, but not essential.

**Hours**:

- Full time: 37.5 hours per week
- Mon-Thu 08:30 - 17:00
- Fri 08:30 - 15:45
