Job Description The role of Retention Specialist is vital to us. You will be responsible for retaining telecoms customers approaching the end of their contracts, working from our Crewe Eurocard office. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities You will be provided with accounts to work from—no cold calling. Develop learning of our suite of telecom products. Fully explain features and benefits of our products. Work closely with key partners across major networks. Provide after‑sales service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Obtain additional orders or referrals from current customers. Qualifications A confident communicator and natural conversation starter. Strong sales background preferred. A desire to hit targets to maximise earnings. A quick learner who can think on their feet. Ability to negotiate and influence in complex negotiations to find the best resolutions for the customer and the business. Additional Information Competitive rewards package.
