We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll target public sector accounts, driving business growth with industry‑leading solutions.The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities at the top of the sales funnel. This role bridges marketing and sales by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and booking meetings for our Business Development Manager. The SDR is the first point of contact for potential customers, shaping their initial impression of iCoTech.You’ll be a strategic and persuasive communicator, bringing a pragmatic, solutions‑led approach to every conversation. By understanding client challenges and goals, you’ll effectively demonstrate how iCoTech’s Power Platform Accelerators can be tailored to meet their specific needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & ResearchIdentify target accounts and decision‑makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our CRM.Research industry trends and prospect pain points to tailor outreach.Outbound & Inbound OutreachExecute multi‑channel campaigns: cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and social selling.Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns.Lead QualificationAssess leads using criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).Ensure only high‑quality leads progress to BDM's.Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM systems.Provide regular reports on outreach and conversion metrics.CollaborationWork closely with marketing and management teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.Share insights on market trends and customer feedback.Fixed Term Contract: This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months as it is a new role in iCoTech.
