Our client is the world’s first predictive market intelligence platform for the recruitment industry, and they are looking for an office-based Sales development representative to join their Cardiff team.

The software solution enables their clients to set themselves apart from the competition with accurate & deeper predictive market knowledge.

The Job

As a Sales Development Representative you will engage and qualify leads to create a pipeline for the Account Executive team as well as preparing you to be promoted to an Account Executive. The role will put you in a great position for career progression.
- Generate initial interest in their software platform with prospective customers
- Mapping out the recruitment market to find new prospect customers and uploading contact information to their CRM system to build your leads pipeline
- Utilising the wide range of tools available to you to find new prospects such as salesforce and linkedIn
- Keeping a fresh pipeline of self-generated leads daily
- Reporting your prospect pipeline to Line Manager and Head of Sales.
- 60-100 calls per day in order to generate leads.
- Attending some of the online demos to learn how the product is demonstrated and sold so that you can progress to an Account Executive as soon as possible.
