Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at Richmond Borough Mind. They help us deliver a wide range of mental health services to our community, from counselling, Peer Group Network, Peer Support to Crisis support. Their dedication makes a real difference and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way. Volunteering Coordinator – Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteering Coordinator to ensure our volunteers feel valued, supported and inspired. In this role, you will: Identify and plan for the organisation's volunteer needs. Lead on volunteer recruitment, induction and retention. Provide guidance, training and personal development opportunities – with a particular focus on supporting those with lived experience of mental health. If you are a natural people‑person who thrives on building connections, with experience in volunteer coordination and administration, and you have excellent communication and organisational skills, this role is for you. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel within the Borough of Richmond. In return, you'll join a dedicated team in a supportive environment where your work will have a tangible impact on people's lives.
