- Achieving for Children is growing its Recruitment team to respond to service demands. This opportunity will develop someone with a passion to support others, learn more about recruitment activities and work within a hard working, enjoyable and supportive team. Salary from £29,214 to £31,731.- .
About the role
The is a exciting opportunity to join us as we grow our delivery and continue to develop our HR vision. You will contribute by delivering the following key activities:
- Supporting and advising all internal and external customers on a range of recruitment queries that creates a positive customer experience.
- Coordinating and supporting with queries and tasks associated with recruitment activities i.e. longlisting, shortlisting, arranging interviews etc
- Support with accurate data inputting/changes using our systems - HR People Portal (iTrent), ATS (Hireserve), OH and DBS.
- Supporting with administrational tasks across our team to support recruitment and onboarding.
This role will work across our operational areas (Kingston, Richmond, Windsor and Maidenhead) and will be expected to work flexibly between office and homeworking. Take a look at our job profile for more information.
About you
We are looking for you to bring:
- Expertise and knowledge to our team.
- A understanding of generalist recruitment activities.
- Skills and ability to organise, support, listen and offer advice and support to generalist recruitment queries.
- Skills and ability to use and extract data to provide clear information for any reports, schedules and returns.
- A key focus on detail, ensuring errors are identified and resolved.
- A interest in HR activities.
- The ability to work digitally and advanced skills in Microsoft or Google packages i.e. Excel/Google sheets.
