About the Successful Applicant My client is looking for someone who has strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in customer‑facing or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, alongside a proactive and adaptable attitude. Experience in recruitment or training support will be highly beneficial but not essential. You will be confident, resilient and a strong communicator. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment and people development About the Job Working closely with the Recruitment Officers, this role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment for high-volume driver roles. The successful candidate will manage candidate bookings, invigilate tests, deliver training support, and keep recruitment operations running efficiently across various London depots. This role will report into the Recruitment Manager. Duties will include: Coordinating medical bookings, test drives, and DVLA theory test sessions Preparing contracts, collecting compliance documentation, and maintaining GDPR standards Delivering classroom-based training to support theory test preparation Managing candidate databases and compiling weekly recruitment reports Assisting with screening, application reviews, and open days/job fairs Liaising with internal stakeholders to schedule training and onboarding Deputising for the Recruitment Officers when required What You Will Receive in Return You will join a collaborative and inclusive team within a respected organisation.
