**£28,000 - £33,300 plus 29 days holiday rising to 32 plus bank holidays, pension, free use of gym and much more**

**Overview**:
A rare and exciting opportunity to join a further educational site in leafy-green Twickenham as their Recruitment Officer to work on attracting the very best talent

You will ensure smooth recruitment processes are in place and oversee the whole onboarding process (references, DBS checks, right to work, qualifications.) Your role will also provide an opportunity to create and develop innovative recruitment strategiesas an employer of choice.

**Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include**:

- To co-ordinate and deliver the recruitment and selection process on a day-to-day basis.
- To advise relevant team members of the required contractual paperwork.
- To ensure the recruitment and selection process is inclusive, and in support of the Equality policy.
- Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure that all legislative and safeguarding requirements

are met. (DBS, right to work, Qualifications etc.)
- To co-ordinate and deliver the maintenance and update of the HR recruitment database.
- To assist with the preparation of Senior Management inductions.
- To deliver HR induction sessions to all new starters including agency.
- To keep up to date with current legislative, recruitment, Safeguarding and DBS requirements.
- To respond to general queries from staff in relation to their terms and conditions of employment.
- To broaden the use of social media advertising and its benefits
- To research appropriate recruitment opportunities and schemes for the sector and specific skill sets requirements

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Enhanced DBS
- Experienced within recruitment, ideally in Education
- Highly organised and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
