The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a talented brigade in a kitchen that consistently delivers at 3 Rosette standard . Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll take a hands‑on leadership role, driving creativity, organisation, and consistency across every service.
