Key Duties Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding Medication administration Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents Maintaining written daily records Attending and completing training, as required Personal Attributes Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Night Social Care Worker. Wey View is a recently refurbished property in Addlestone, Surrey, in an established residential area close to Chertsey and Weybridge town centres. The home supports up to ten men and women of varying ages with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex emotional and behavioural needs, including diagnoses of personality disorder, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Wey View has 24‑hour staffing with support from the in‑house Positive Behaviour Support Team and a Day Activities Coordinator that provides tailored individual and group activity programmes to support education and personal development.
