**What will the job be like?**
Bright Futures Care is a specialist company supporting young people and adults with autism and learning difficulties.As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be providing the highest standards of care for our young people throughout the night, understanding their care needs, and supporting and engaging with them.
You will join a small but strong team, who pride themselves on delivering a personal and bespoke service.Our colleagues at site are dedicated, helpful and focused on providing a high-quality provision.
You will spend a short period of time during your induction getting to know the team and residents during daytime hours prior to undertaking your role.
You will support our young people during the night should they wake and need support in line with care and support plans, along with responsibility of maintaining the home.
**What we can offer you**
- Hourly rate of £10.30 per hour, shift length 10 hours
- Full time hours are worked over 3 or 4 shifts per week,
- Part time hours available
