Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers in the educational contract catering sector, ensuring long-term success. Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue. Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Success, Key Account Managers, and Go-To-Market leadership to refine and execute top-tier CS strategies. Project manage and facilitate processes.
