Salary: £40-50K Base. £85k OTE Summary A new position has opened for a Sales Specialist (Business Development) to join a leading leisure business from their Andover office. The company has offices across the UK, Europe and the US and they continue to expand their impressive global presence. The company is on track to achieve impressive revenue growth this year, and is now looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to spearhead the business development across their expanding portfolio of clients. As a member of the team you will receive a competitive salary with uncapped commission, private medical, early Friday finish and the opportunity to travel to networking trade shows. The business are genuine leaders in their fields, and the products often sell themselves. Average deal size is £250K, but this is growing as the overall company revenue. They do have a strong progression pathway for this role and the earning potential is strong. The Role The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who is eager to search for new opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive new and existing project wins. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. The role will include a mix of outbound sales techniques across warmer and colder prospects, and can have an international reach.
