We produce at eight bakeries across the UK and at our HQ in St Albans, employing around 4,000 talented colleagues. What does your typical day look like? Join us during this exciting time of change and help shape the future of HR Services within FBC UK. The HRSS Support role provides high-quality HR service to all employees, acting as the first point of contact for people queries and supporting the employee lifecycle. Main Responsibilities Serve as a change agent, reviewing people processes and ways of working. Manage administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, leavers, and contract changes. Handle employee queries efficiently and sensitively. Provide accurate reports from SuccessFactors and other systems as requested. Coordinate new starter inductions and ensure induction and learning pathways are assigned. Monitor employee probation periods and maintain proper records in collaboration with HRBPs and line managers. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Use SuccessFactors reporting to share people-based information with relevant colleagues. Provide first line support, guidance on policies and procedures, and respond to general queries within agreed SLAs. Maintain relevant documentation, ensuring all contractual and legal documents are up to date and compliant with legislation. Collaborate with the wider HR team on project delivery. Understand GDPR and its impact on working practices. Key Ingredients Needed CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable. Experience working with SAP desirable. Good interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Self‑motivated and driven. Competent in Excel. Excellent administration skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Basic understanding of employment legislation. Customer‑centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
