**Thank you for your interest in the position of HR Advisor - Shared Services for Future Academies**
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join the newly developed HR Corporate function. The HR Advisor will support the work of the Head of HR by providing a professional, effective and efficient HR service to the Shared Services Team. The successful post holder will also be an integral member of the shared service team.
This is an ideal role for a HR professional looking for career progression
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The HR Advisor will provide a professional, efficient and effective HR service. This will include but is not limited to:
1. Undertaking the HR administration associated to the employee lifecycle.
2. Being the first port of call for employee relation queries for the shared service staff
3. Processing the payroll for the shared service team
4. Coordination of recruitment campaigns for the shared service
5. Oversight of the HR and recruitment inboxes for the Trust and shared service.
6. Support the Head of HR, Head of Transformation and HR BP’s with project work and audit as required.
7. Provide HR related support to the Academy HR administrators

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:

- be CIPD qualified or have equivalent work based experience
- have generalist HR experience, operating in a medium to large organisation
- be computer literate, with a working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
- have accomplished organisational skills
- have a proven ability to work flexibly under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- have the ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach
- have up to date knowledge of employment and case law
- able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Trust stakeholders, both internal and external, representing the Trust professionally at all times.
