**Job Type**: Full Time

**Location and Hours**:Leonard Street, Shoreditch, London, EC2A 4QS - Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm (flexible hybrid working)

**Salary**:£27,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a People Services Coordinator (HR) who is enthusiastic, solution-orientated and applies a people-focused lens to everything they do

This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced HR administrator looking to broaden their knowledge across a range of HR activities. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR, line managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all administrative queries.

We are a fast growing company, so we are looking for someone who can be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business (no day is the same here at ESUK)

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK
- Laptop and Mobile Phone will be provided
- Ability to conform to compliance policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Present yourself in a clean and professional manner
- Ability to main confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Effectively manage your diary and conflicting priorities
- Act as the primary contact for any HR queries
- Manage all family leave processes
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment law
- Note taking
- Collating TUPE data
- Assist in the management of the HR mailbox
- Overseeing cases of extended illness or long term sick leave
