**The Group**:

The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, and Bibi. Pubs include The Cadogan Arms and The George; and there are 9 brands that operate within Arcade Food Hall. **The Role**:
Reporting to the People manager, the coordinator will oversee an operational region on JKS Restaurants, supporting site managers with compliance and people related admin, supporting policy and process implementation, hosting training sessions, creating and managing data reports and dashboards, as well as various other people team initiatives.
Duties Include:
- Support the operational region by being the first point of contact for all people administration
- Adopt a hands-on a visible approach within the region.
- Support People Team initiatives such as employee engagement, reward & recognition, training roll out and other relevant projects.
- Support monthly People data reports for sites
- Responsible for maintaining legal HR compliance across the regions including, RTWs, sponsorship admin, contracts, references etc
- Promote and coordinate benefits to operational teams
- Holiday, birthdays and long service awards reporting, and coordination
- Support and coordinate the companies ED&I and wellbeing strategy within region
- Coordinate the regional exit interview process and reporting
- Capture changes and upload documents on the HRIS/payroll system.
- Support with notetaking on ER matters
- Support coordination of Family welcome, Site Induction and Onboarding
- Support coordination of Learning & Development sessions and pathways
- Host relevant training sessions for region
- Support the completion of L&D reporting
The successful People Coordinator will have:
- Entry-level position, HR or L&D administration experience is desirable, hospitality experience is preferable
- Passionate and innovative when it comes to the employee experience
- Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business with the ability to motivate your colleagues.
- Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload, with an eye for detail
- Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
