Business Development ManagerCrystal Facilities Management has 10 years of knowledge and a wealth of experience in assisting Universities and private accommodation providers with a full facilities management service. We hold contracts with many major Universities year in year out and we design and perform a programme of service that delivers whatever the timescale. We provide a national operation which varies from an individual service or as part of an integrated solution. Our customers keep choosing us because of our positive attitude, and understanding of their challenges and they recognise the quality of our service delivery that comes with a promiseWith a National portfolio of over 21 Universities and leading private accommodation providers, the Company is seeking to build on its success by expanding its services opening up new offering for full FM support. This has created a need for a Business development manager. The role will be to report to the Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business with a consultative approach to selling. They should be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills with a proven record in generating significant revenuesCrystal Facilities Management is a fast- growing business within the higher education sector, the ideal fit would be a candidate who is ambitious and driven- helping to shape the growth of the businesses futureResponsibilitiesGenerating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with prospectsGenerating a pipeline that converts into salesPresenting to decision makersUnderstanding and keeping up to date with our industry news and constant developmentsIdentifying areas of development and improvement in the sales processCreate weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenueDelivering against a target of 1m in the first year to ensure revenue expectations are being metWorking closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospectsMaximising network opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contactsTo self -generate leads by carrying out research and market intelligenceQualificationsProven track record in new business development from within the cleaning industryProven track record in account developmentHave strategic development experienceHave strong management skillsBe adaptableBe consultativeBe a self starterBe proactiveBe personableBe willing to travel UK wideSALARY ON OFFER: 40K ANNUAL BASIC + 40K Commission upon target Sales + Benefits Company Car, laptop and Phone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
