What You’ll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact for strategic export clients, delivering a consistently high level of service. Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and spot opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts. Manage the end‑to‑end export operations, from documentation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Manage shipments through CargoWise and Pathway, providing clients with real‑time updates and complete visibility. Collaborate with business development, customs, and operations teams to create smooth, tailored solutions for each client. Take ownership of account performance, deliver client reviews, insights, and proactive solutions that drive value. Handle invoicing and cost management to support healthy margins and commercial success. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in export ocean freight operations within a freight forwarding company. Proficiency with CargoWise or similar Transport Management Systems. Strong track record of building and maintaining long‑term client relationships. Proactive, solutions‑driven, with the ability to anticipate client needs and resolve issues effectively. Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. Detail‑oriented, with experience in purchase order management considered a plus.
