Execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organizationIn line with the business strategy carry out market research, analysis & marketing activities.Identify and understand the decision-making Stakeholders, organizations and target customersSales and NegotiationDevelop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targetsAchieve sales target including Composite insulation cross arm (CICA) and insulation products of Transmission and Distribution networkPresent proposals to potential clients.Organize/Coordinate internal resources based on business requirement.Qualifications:Deep industry knowledge is required.Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the power and T&D market, ability to build relationships at C-Suite in theutility market.Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market, and good knowledge of EPC players.5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.Abilities and Knowledge:Strong Sales andRelationship building skills.Highly Driven &target oriented.Leadership, management, and collaborative skills, able to manage multiple demands and to respond to queries from customers and management.Strategic thinker, with ability to learn, adapt, and make business decisions quickly to support customer requirements and win business.Interested in continuous improvement, learning, and development for self and others.Desired Start Date: As soon as possibleInterested or for more information please send your CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
