We call this ‘Our Nottinghamshire Approach’ and transform our Children’s Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our core offer remains working with children 0‑5 years while expanding services to 0‑19 years. Responsibilities Undertake one‑to‑one work with parents/carers to meet identified needs. Deliver evidence‑based programmes within Family Hubs and family homes. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of two years’ experience of working with children 0‑5 and their families. NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) with proven experience. Driver’s licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes. Sound knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Knowledge of child development and the importance of early attachments. Understanding of early intervention when working with families. Ability to work in diverse communities in a non‑discriminatory manner. Capability in working in partnership with a range of agencies. Strong communication, report writing, assessment, record keeping and IT skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
