Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Job Vacancy Role: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Location: Across Walsall Start Date: January 2026 Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full time, ongoing (part-time roles also available) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join welcoming and nurturing early years settings across the Walsall area. The role involves supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping them to learn, grow, and thrive in safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to providing the highest standard of early years care and education. You'll work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. Requirements A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development Experience supporting children's learning through play and planned activities A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to working with young children The ability to work well within a team and build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Up-to-date Safeguarding and First Aid training (or willingness to complete) A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential About the Settings You’ll be working within vibrant and supportive early years environments across Walsall, where every child is valued and encouraged to explore their world.
