About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with substantial nursery experience to join a highly committed early years team. This role is central to creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where children can explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality provision in line with the EYFS curriculum. Plan for and extend children s learning through purposeful play and enriching interactions. Work confidently with small groups to support learning and development. Contribute to an inclusive, caring environment that promotes independence and well‑being. Attend to children s personal care needs, including nappy changing. Ensure the setting is prepared and welcoming before children arrive. Requirements A DfE-recognised Early Years qualification is essential (to be counted in ratios). Extensive nursery experience this role is not suited to candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework. Ability to engage, motivate, and extend children s learning through high‑quality provision. Reliability and professionalism; working hours are before 8:30am until around 4pm. Why Work Here?
