As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping compelling, high‑quality tenders, bringing together insights from subject matter experts, translating them into clear, engaging narratives, and ensuring a consistent, client‑focused style throughout. Key Duties Bid Management Solution Design / Management (Co‑design with the Business Development Directors/Managers and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)) Bid writing and management to ensure final documents look outstanding Project management of special projects relating to a bid (e.g. website / video creation) Some client engagement (although primarily a “back of house” role) Experience Required Proven Bid Manager / Bid Writer experience Background in Facilities Management Strong bid management and writing ability Willing to travel to either London or Manchester once or twice a month Apply Now Apply now to Gordon Levy at Bid Resource Solutions.
