Key Account Manager DSO Straumann Group, a global leader in dental solutions, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team in the UK. About Straumann Group Straumann Group delivers innovative dental implants, restorative products, and digital solutions, committed to quality, patient care, and customer service. Role Overview Drive growth and success of our solutions within large chains of dental practices. Requires consultative selling, stakeholder management, and C‑Suite relationship management. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, act as primary contact, and address inquiries promptly. Business Development – Identify opportunities for expansion, engage C‑Suite executives, negotiate with large purchasing organizations, pursue new business opportunities in the UK dentistry market. Strategic Account Planning – Develop and implement account plans, set objectives, targets, KPIs, and review progress. Collaboration & Communication – Work with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support; provide updates, reports, and presentations; represent the company at meetings and conferences. Technology Integration – Advocate for and facilitate adoption of advanced dental solutions (practice management, workflow, digital innovations). Market Knowledge – Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position solutions competitively. Qualifications Sales Experience – Proven track record in consultative selling, preferably with large enterprise customers. Consulting Experience – Ability to provide strategic advice to optimize practice operations and improve patient outcomes. Stakeholder Management – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; manage relationships at all levels, including C‑Suite. Technological Proficiency – Strong understanding of practice management solutions and other relevant technologies, and ability to communicate benefits. Results‑Driven – Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth through account management and business development. Industry Knowledge – In‑depth understanding of the dental industry, market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key players.
