Administrative Assistant Chichester College Group, Brighton Campus Pay Range Pro rata of £25,381 – £25,482 per annum (i.e. £15,434.39 – £15,495.81) – 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of our curriculum teams and the delivery of cross‑college initiatives. You will provide administrative support to the Business Administration Manager, Head of Learning and the Department Management team. Your role will involve: Managing multiple work streams and events concurrently, requiring strong multitasking skills. Delivering a customer‑focused service to staff, students, parents, external suppliers, community, awarding bodies and local employers. Supporting a busy department with short and long‑term projects.
