We are looking for a full‑time Resource Planner to join our resource planning team, assisting in the delivery of reactive maintenance, domestic service and breakdowns. What's the role? We are looking for a full‑time Resource Planner to take on a fast‑paced and integral role in the repairs department. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised and values working as part of a team. Responsibilities Ensure a high standard of customer service Take responsibility for your key trade area Be flexible and able to adapt to change Have excellent time‑management skills for both yourself and our operatives Enjoy working at a fast pace alongside a brilliant and supportive team Qualifications Essential: Knowledge/experience of using scheduling systems (training provided) Experience working within a Repairs and Maintenance environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy reactive workload A positive and flexible attitude Ability to demonstrate reliability, initiative, and teamwork, both independently and within a group Proficient IT knowledge and understanding Good standard of education with a GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at level C or above and appropriate work experience Maintain a satisfactory basic level DBS check Desirable: Knowledge of the housing sector Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Social housing experience Knowledge of relevant legislation and processes within the social housing sector System experience: MRI and Service Connect Benefits We offer a range of benefits including 28 days’ annual leave, an employer pension contribution of up to 11%, development opportunities and access to a comprehensive employee rewards scheme.
