Workforce Planner

Exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation as Workforce Planner. Ensuring that Client engagements have the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations, available at the right time. You will be responsible for range from workforceplanning and headcount management to demand and supply management for client engagements.

Clients is a well established organisation within the consultancy industry based in Watford. Due to growth they are now looking for Workforce Planner to join their supportive and diverse team. They are offering excellent flexibility 1 - 2 days per week inWatford office and 3 days per week from home.

**Description**

Successful Workforce Planner:

- Allocation of client facing staff to projects
- Drive effective resourcing across the business by building excellent relationships and making knowledge sharing across the wider team
- Work with engagement managers to ensure profitability is kept at the forefront of resourcing decisions
- Attending weekly sales pipeline meetings and flagging any potential resourcing conflicts, challenges and successes to Resourcing Manager
- Provide ad hoc support to the Resourcing Manager

Workforce Planner:

- Strong resourcing management experience
