I am looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a new project starting in April working for an established design and build company. Most of their projects are design and build in Health and Education.

**Requirements**:
Valid SMSTS

CSCSC card Black or Gold

Public Sector build experience

Available to start April

**Duties**:

- To solely manage all on-site works to completion
- Managing the clients expectations, requirements and monitoring/recording all variations.
- Responsible all persons under including foremen, including site set up, inductions and all Health and safety matters.
- This person would be assisted remotely mainly as this would be an isolated project and mainly based on site.
- It is the company’s intention to expand on this market and the person would assist and be part of this.
- Day-to-day management of the project/site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Liaising with any designers, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Planning the work and installations by efficiently organising logistics, haulage, plant, and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines and schedules.
- Overseeing and action/report on quality control, health and safety matters on site.
- Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect, Checking plans, drawings, calculations, and quantities for accuracy.
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications and to required quality.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant as necessary to complete the project.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring quality on site through all stages of the works.
- Oversee the appointment and management of sub-contractors and key suppliers, with Senior QS and Procurement Managers.
- Completing defects list and organise to be dealt with.
