This is your chance to work with a brand known for innovation, lead high‑profile partnerships, and deliver standout commercial results.The RoleYou'll take full commercial responsibility for some of the business's most important national accounts— from strategic joint business planning to high‑impact promotional execution and successful new product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic and day‑to‑day management of major national retail accountsDevelop and deliver joint business plans with promotional and marketing campaignsNegotiate listing fees, margins, shelf space, and exclusivity agreementsEnsure smooth supply chain flow with logistics and planning teamsProvide accurate forecasting, reporting, and category analysisChampion new product launches and identify new category growth opportunitiesRepresent and protect the brand's positioning across all retail channelsAbout YouDegree educated (or equivalent experience)Proven track record managing national accounts in grocery and/or pharmacyStrong grasp of category management and retail supply chainsSkilled in negotiation, relationship building, and commercial insightHighly analytical with a strategic mindsetFull UK driving licenceBenefitsCar allowance and personal bonus schemeHybrid working (up to 2 days/week WFH)24 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)Private dental cover (Bupa)Staff discount on all productsPension scheme and enhanced family leaveOngoing training and developmentOnsite parking, company events, and other lifestyle perksTo apply or learn more, please get in touch for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
