We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.The Role:The agency is looking for a proactive lead generating, self-motivating, target driven salesperson to identify new opportunities for ArmstrongB2B. The role involves identifying, researching, prospecting, and pitching to new potential clients. Highly incentivised and supported with training, you will be joining a well-established, successful Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Sales.You will be responsible for targeting a particular geographical area or industrial market, targeting appropriate contacts to create an interest in ArmstrongB2B and sell the benefits of partnering with a world leading b2b creative agency.You will be fully trained in prospecting over the phone, create target lists, work to weekly, monthly and annual targets for appointments, proposals and new business wins.Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City centre offices.Requirements & SkillsAbility and willingness to work collaboratively, full time from our recently renovated creative space in Chester city centreMinimum of 2 years sales or customer service experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent telephone skillsCompany BenefitsSalary £26,000- £30,000 depending on experienceUncapped bonus, realistic OTE £40,000 +25 days holiday (increasing to 28 with service) PLUS birthday day offEnhanced MAT/PATCompany Benefits include healthcare, cycle to work scheme, extra holiday days, birthday off, gym membership, in-house bar, free haircuts, team awards, social events, pizza Fridays… and more.We’re always looking for talented, like-minded people, so if you feelArmstrong would be the right fit then please get in touch.
