Our client is currently searching for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for consulting with existing customers and new clients to help identify new opportunities for those customers and maximisingthe sale to its full potential.

Do you have some sales experience or previous telephony experience?

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.30pm No weekends. Our client is also offering hybrid working of 3 days at home and 2 days from the office.

Salary £22,000

Key Responsibilities:

- The overall objective is to engage with customer and help promote the new tools and features of an online platform.
- Assist with sales and marketing to update a CRM/customer database.
- To provide support to customers to help them use the platform online such as new log-in or customer service enquiries with the support of an experienced sales and technical teams.

You will be given training, but you will have some of the following:

- Good communicator
- Call centre experience or sales
- Good level of GCSE English/Maths
- Excellent IT skills in Excel, Office365 and databases
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with existing and new clients
- Excellent telephone manner
