Role We are seeking an analytical and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our IG Prime marketing team. This role is ideal for a numbers‑focused marketer who thrives on optimising campaigns and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google DV360, and other programmatic platforms. Execute PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation. Design and implement email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics and improving engagement rates. Maintain and update website content. Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing across all digital channels to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI across all paid channels. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing qualified leads with business objectives. Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates relevant to B2B financial services. Qualifications 3–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or financial services. Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter. Hands‑on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (Google DV360 or similar). Strong PPC campaign management skills (Google Ads). Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar). Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation. Website editing experience using CMS platforms. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Results‑oriented approach with a track record of achieving KPIs. Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance data clearly.
