Department Focus : The Partnerships Department at Deliverect is a dynamic team of innovative thinkers and strategic executors dedicated to building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships that drive shared success and growth within our ecosystem. By meticulously aligning partnership strategies with Deliverect's overarching business goals, we champion transparent and open communication throughout the entire relationship lifecycle, fostering a climate of trust and collaboration. What you will do: Lead Conversion & Sales Quota: Achieve a target of generating qualified leads from the existing partner portfolio and successfully converting them to Deliverect sign-ups Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key partners, including strategic development and relationship health Implement and manage joint business plans with strategic partners, aligning with Deliverect's overall growth objectives. Become the trusted advisor for assigned partners, building strong and collaborative relationships. Track and measure joint business goals and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Proactively monitor partnership health, identify areas for improvement based on key metrics, and manage partnership renewals. Manage partnership renewals, negotiating terms and discussing future growth plans Provide training and enablement resources to partners, enhancing their ability to generate leads and close deals. Develop strategies to increase partner-sourced revenue through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Foster open communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to create a unified ecosystem. Celebrate partnership milestones and successes to solidify relationships and drive long‑term engagement. What You Will Bring: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnership management, channel sales, or alliance management. Experience in the food technology, hospitality or restaurant industry. Fluent language skills in English and any other European language is a plus Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partners or account management Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and implement partnership optimization strategies Strong knowledge of ERP software products and REST API integrations Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, online order management solutions, and the broader restaurant and hospitality landscape Experience with developing and executing successful go‑to‑market strategies (bonus points for experience with co‑marketing initiatives) Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive targets.
