We’re looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Digital Trade team. What You’ll Do Plan & deliver campaigns: Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns, plus push notifications. Database management: Support segmentation strategies and maintain database cleanliness. Optimise communications: Build, schedule, test, and refine email campaigns. Analyse & report: Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports, set benchmarks, and recommend improvements. Experiment & innovate: Create testing plans, log results, and continuously enhance automated communications. Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure CRM strategies align with wider business goals. Support integrations: Work with the Senior CRM Manager on technical projects and system development. Drive improvement: Champion innovation and continuous optimisation within the CRM department. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of CRM experience. Hands‑on knowledge of platforms such as Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or Ometria. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action. Detail-oriented, organised, and collaborative. Passionate about customer engagement and digital innovation.
