As a medium-sized company, they provide a professional environment with a focus on innovative solutions and growth.Job DescriptionFor the CRM Executive - Hubspot role, responsibilities will include:Manage and maintain the Hubspot CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Develop and implement CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement.Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with business objectives.Provide regular reports on CRM performance and suggest improvements.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all CRM activities.Train and support team members on CRM system usage and best practices.Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.The Successful ApplicantFor the CRM Executive - Hubspot role, applicants should have:* Experience with CRM systems and their implementation.* Experience working with Hubspot CRM is highly desirable.* A background in marketing, ideally 1-2+ years experience* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and deliver actionable insights.* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.* Knowledge of data protection regulations and their application.* Able to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.* The ability to work collaboratively across departmentsWhat's on OfferOn offer for the CRM Executive - Hubspot role:Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annumHybrid working arrangements offering flexibility.Permanent position within a stable and respected company in ManchesterOpportunities to contribute to innovative projects in the Transport & Distribution industry.A supportive working environment with professional growth prospects.
