Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Experience in Hubspot is essential
Develop and implement CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Provide regular reports on CRM performance and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all CRM activities.
Train and support team members on CRM system usage and best practices.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Profile
A successful CRM Executive should have:
Experience with CRM systems and their implementation.
